Every enemy in the TardSpire is listed below. Enemy stats are determined by a rank-based system (Fodder, Elite, Boss) that scales by floor number, with per-type description multipliers that give each enemy a distinct feel — tanks, glass cannons, nimble speedsters, etc. All wild enemies can be persuaded into your party unless otherwise noted.
Rank-based scaling: Enemy stats are calculated from three rank tiers at spawn time:
| Rank | HP | DEF | ATK | EXP | BTC |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fodder | Floor × 8 | Floor × 1.5 | (Floor × 1) + rand(0, Floor) | Floor × 2 | Floor × 1 |
| Elite | Floor × 22 | Floor × 4 | (Floor × 1.5) + rand(0, Floor) | Floor × 5 | Floor × 3 |
| Boss | Floor × 65 | Floor × 8 | (Floor × 2.5) + rand(0, Floor) | Floor × 15 | Floor × 10 |
Each enemy also has a description multiplier (HP×, ATK×, DEF×, SPD×) applied on top of the rank base. For example, Wang Rat (0.8 HP×, 0.8 ATK×, 1.2 SPD×) is quick but fragile, while Snail Sentinel (1.5 HP×, 0.4 SPD×) is a slow tank.
Wild enemies roam the dungeon and engage you on contact.

Enemy stats are generated at spawn time using a three-tier rank system that replaces the old base-stat and elite-variant model. Each enemy has a rank (Fodder, Elite, or Boss) and description multipliers (HP×, ATK×, DEF×, SPD×) that give it a distinct stat profile.
Elite-rank enemies now replace the old ★ Elite spawn variant system. Elite kill quests (Elite Hunter / Elite Slayer / Elite Exterminator) track kills of all four Elite-rank enemy types. See Quests.
These are not combatants but will absolutely kill you.

|---|---|
| Boulding Ball |
A large boulder that appears on some floors and rolls back and forth in a hallway.
Getting hit deals approximately 1/3 of your max HP in damage (server-authoritative).
Enemies caught in its path are killed instantly. Step aside — bypass gaps are always
created in the walls adjacent to its hallway.

| Cracked Floor | Stepping on a slightly-cracked tile progresses it toward severe. Severely cracked tiles, or any cracked tile while overloaded, cause instant death by pit-spike. No HP check. There is no coming back from this one until respawn. |
Roaming enemies move around the dungeon each time you take a step. Key behaviors:
